Your Safety Comes First
To Our Staff and Customers
We are going through unprecedented times in the world and our region right now. As a dealership we are taking social distancing seriously and have made numerous changes in the way we operate to ensure the safety of our employees and customers. We have implemented policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of sanitization within the building, as well as any vehicles that come through the service department.
We have been deemed an essential service and want to still be available to serve you, with a few changes. Effective Thursday, March 26th, 2020 we will change our hours to 9am-4pm Monday - Friday. Please read below our daily operation strategy:
Service
Our service department will remain open Monday - Friday 9am-4pm. In order to minimize social contact, we ask that you leave your keys in your vehicle or you can drop them in our drop box. We can communicate over the phone or email, 705-856-7110 or jeff.austin@transcanadachrysler.com. As an additional precaution, we have designated areas in our service department to ensure social distancing is maintained. We please ask that you respect our barriers.
Sales
At this time, we will keep our showroom open with minimal staff, you can call us at 705-856-7110 (wawa) or 807-229-1681 (marathon), or via email ralph.kienitz@transcanadachrysler.com, or paul.burton@transcanadachrysler.com. We encourage you to utilize our website to view our current inventory of new and used vehicles. Further to any in-store measures, we're implementing additional tools to help so you can buy your next vehicle from the comfort and safety of your home. We realize that for some, mobility is a necessity but the risks of visiting a public store are still too great. Additional tools such as a "vehicle trade value estimator", "payment estimator" and "apply for credit" function are available to you. For trade estimates please text pictures of vin, odometer, interior and exterior of vehicle to tracy 705-852-0285.
We want to thank everyone for their patience and understanding during this time of uncertainty and we will keep you updated on any other changes at our dealership. Your safety comes first. We are committed to this. Our staff have all committed to making your vehicle purchase or service experience as safe and as enjoyable as possible. We are all fighting this together!
